Mr.Buitrago’s duties included the direction of the construction project of a 250,000-square-foot complex that included 17 buildings and 340 condos. He also managed the civil work and construction of more than 6 million cubic yards of embankment and 200 miles of access roads for several oil drilling sites.
Mr. Buitrago was a member of the Board of Directors of Brio de Colombia, a Colombian Oil Company with more than 175 gas stations. He was also the
advisor to the President of Colfimax, a factoring company with transactions of more than 5 million dollars per year.

Sandra McCormack
CFO
Professional Engineer in the state of Florida and a Project Manager Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. Sandra is a versatile structural engineer who has worked on numerous projects for the FDOT and Hillsborough County.
Sandra was the Deputy Project Manager for the $840 Million I-395 Reconstruction Project in Miami, Florida. This project involved developing conceptual plans, a design criteria package, and an aesthetics manual for the complete reconstruction of the corridor that will connect downtown Miami to I-95 and provide direct access
to the Port of Miami Tunnel. She has also been the Engineer of Record for several bridge repair and rehabilitation projects in the State of Florida.
